I’m a researcher interested in digital policy and social studies of technology.
Currently, I work as an advisor at the Polish Economic Institute while completing a PhD in sociology at the University of Warsaw. Previously, I was a fellow at Harvard Kennedy School (2025–2026) and led research projects funded by the National Science Centre, Poland.
Alongside my academic work, I created and curate the Techno-Optimism Archive, which documents the history of technological hype.
